• Returns & Shipping
  At Know Where To Hold 'Em, we understand the challenges of ordering online and want you to be happy. We cannot guarantee color and size variations as stated throughout Know Where To Hold 'Em. We are happy to provide a refund, exchange or replacement within 14 days from receipt of shipment (exclusive of handling and shipping charges) Refunds after 14 days will be available for store credit only.   A 20% re-stocking fee may be charged in some circumstances. Commissioned or "made-to-order" items cannot be returned. Re-shipping charges on exchanges will be 50% of original shipping charges (Effective 9/19/13) 
  
• How To Return Product
  All returns must include a note describing the reason for the exchange or refund and any pertinent information necessary to make the exchange. (Change in size or model etc..)  All returned items must be in the condition that they were in when you received them. After we receive your package, we will issue an exchange or refund for the cost of your item less the original shipping fees.
