The Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course incorporates the latest science and teaches students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies, and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. Successful students will receive a certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.

 Ladies, do you want to feel safer? Do you want to have more self confidence in your ability to protect yourself?  This in-person class will introduce you to situational awareness, some personal self-defense tools, and basic escape moves. Do you have a group of friends that you want to have a private class with? Classes can be held in Utah County and Salt Lake County. The class is about 2 1/2 hours.

Kid Stranger Safety workshop teaches kids:

Fight 4 You is a unique hands on 2 hour workshop to help those struggling with addictions to heal using DBT and experiential martial arts to address specific PTSD related trauma. 

Using principles that are applied throughout the Japanese Jujitsu system of martial arts and self defense, we teach universal concepts and strategies designed to be applied in all aspects of our lives, from self defense and martial arts to self improvement and addiction recovery.

This 4-hour Utah Concealed Firearms Permit (CFP) class is a comprehensive training course designed to educate individuals on the laws and regulations surrounding the carrying of concealed firearms. The class covers the use of force, firearms safety, the proper handling and storage of firearms, and the specific laws and requirements for obtaining a permit in Utah. You must be 18 years old or older to attend.

Whether you’re a new gun owner or just want to learn how to respect and use a pistol better this is your first step. This class teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude for owning and operating a pistol safely.  It is 8 hours long and includes classroom and range time learning to shoot revolvers and semi-automatic pistols. In addition to skills and attitude you’ll learn the rules for safe gun handling, pistol parts and operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, range rules, shooting from the two-handed standing positions, and continued opportunities for skill development. At the end of the course you will earn a NRA Basic Pistol Certificate. Students will need to supply their own ammunition (50 rounds of practice ammunition) and pay the lane fee at the range.

Dating in this world of dating apps can get a little crazy! This class will help ladies make safe choices while dating, increase their situational awareness, and give them safe options. This class includes roleplaying and "what if" discussions. Often ladies will schedule this as a ladies night out with their friends!

Agents will learn how to increase their situational awareness, to develop a safety plan, and how to use personal safety tools and tactical methods. Learn how to show a house from a tactical perspective and still be an amazing real estate agent!
