Are you tired of feeling scared, anxious, and not being able to move forward? Are you a sexual assault victim and working with a therapist but need a little more help in-between sessions? I tailor my sessions to fit your needs. I use the Tatori coaching model. Some of the things I often also include are activity based such as ropes courses, hiking, river rafting, therapeutic horseback riding and more. Come spend some time with me coaching you and helping you move forward!

I am a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I also have my pelvic floor certification. I will evaluate and customize a fitness plan for you.

Women's Introduction to Handguns
Ladies, do you feel intimidated about learning to shoot a handgun? Maybe you aren’t sure about which handgun to purchase and would like some help? This coaching session is for ladies only and must be 18 years of age or older. The goal of this session is to get you familiar with a firearm. We will cover safety, loading and unloading. We will also go over the basic principles of shooting which include grip, sight alignment, sight picture, trigger pull and more. When you finish this session you will better understand and feel more comfortable with a firearm.
Items needed for the course:
- A handgun (You can rent one if you don’t own one from the gun range.)
- Hearing protection (can use the ones at the gun range if needed)
- Eye Protection (can use the ones at the gun range if needed)
- 50 rounds minimum of ammunition
*If you rent a gun from the gun range you will need to purchase their ammunition.
*Sessions will only be held in Salt Lake or Utah County. NRA Instructor will try to find a range in the same area as you but not guaranteed.
